Mr. Williams joined the faculty of the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) in 1987, where he is currently heads the Electronic and Mechanical Systems Branch of Aerospace, Transportation, and Advanced Systems Laboratory.  Mr. Williams’s branch specializes in the design, development, and testing of a wide variety of advanced systems for Government and commercial customers. Mr. Williams has over 17 years of systems engineering experience, has led over seventy technical programs, and has authored over forty reports and papers.
